Simons fancy-fain pour son ‘ecole! VIDEO

Simon’s school put on a dance recital/fair for the end of the year. They practiced for weeks at school and each class had costumes and everything! Simon had been sick for several days but INSISTED that he not miss it. He did a great job and all the classes were so cute!

Afterward, he got to run around with his best friend. I’m so proud of him for doing so well in our local village school. He is the only English speaker in his class and has picked up French very quickly. He can now talk and play with his friends and communicate well with his teacher. It’s not usually grammatically correct, but that’s how kids learn. Even his current English isn’t always correct! I am so proud of him and it’s motivating to me to continue my own french studies.
